Freezes every time I play it

It freezes every time at naming your character part or right after that it game.

If that not enough, once you exit the app and open it again the main menu freezes. Then Ive rebooting my phone, making sure my iOS is up to date and everything. The only way you can stop the main menu from freezing is deleting the game and re downloading it

Please fix I really want to play this game
